El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado estudia el contexto gráfico y cultural que rodea el mundo de la mitología asturiana y actualiza su imaginario a través del diseño editorial. El proyecto se materializa en un álbum ilustrado sobre la noche mágica de San Juan, en el cual se presentan diversos personajes de esta mitología relacionados con la noche y el bosque, con ilustraciones y textos inéditos. La finalidad del trabajo consiste en preservar y revivir la mitología de Asturias y acercarla a su público objetivo formado por jóvenes adultos. Si bien también puede interesar a otros rangos de edad por su estética llamativa y su temática naturalista y mística, que ofrece un producto de descanso frente al mundo digital en una sociedad sobresaturada de productos tecnológicos.

The current Final Degree Project studies the graphic and cultural context that surrounds the world of the asturian mythology and updates its imaginary through editorial design. The project materializes in the form of an illustrated album about the magic night of St. Jhon, where various mythological characters related to the night and the woods are presented through outstanding illustrations and texts. The main purpose of the project consists in preserve asturian mythology and bring it closer to its target audience formed by young adults. Despite that, it can also appear appealing for people outside this age range because of its eye-catching aesthetics and its naturalist and mystic theme, which make the album an ideal product choice for relaxing in a society supersaturated with technology
