This master's thesis presents a redesign of headphones for the brand Ultimate Ears, focusing on enhancing user experience, ergonomics, and sound quality. The project begins with an indepth market analysis to identify current trends, user preferences, and competitive products. Using these insights, the design process incorporates recycled materials and innovative technologies to improve comfort, durability, and acoustic performance.

A key aspect of the redesign is the integration of customizable features, allowing users to personalize their listening experience. Ergonomic studies and user feedback guide the development of a more comfortable fit, suitable for extended use. Additionally, the project explores sustainable design practices, incorporating eco-friendly materials and manufacturing processes to reduce environmental impact.

The final design aims to position Ultimate Ears as a leading brand in the premium headphone market, offering a product that combines aesthetic appeal, superior functionality, and environmental responsibility
