Description

Este proyecto es una propuesta de renovación y visibilización de la música folklórica nacional. Es un trabajo realizado con el fin de dar a los madrileños y madrileñas un espacio vanguardista en el que poder disfrutar de nuestras tradiciones. Inspirado sobre todo en La Benéfica de Piloña, Asturias, este proyecto se nutre de diferentes ramas artísticas y plantea un diseño innovador y diferente a la estética actual. No solo es un espacio en el que crear un circuito activo de música folklórica, también se propone un espacio en el que aprender mediante talleres y charlas, así como un sitio en el que volver a compartir con nuestros vecinos de forma física. Muklórica es un espacio en el que volver a disfrutar, retomar conciencia de nuestras raíces y descubrir la belleza de nuestro patrimonio frente a las imposiciones de consumo cultural que predominan hoy en día.

This project is a proposal for the renovation and visibility of national folk music. It is a work carried out with the aim of providing the people of Madrid with a cutting-edge space where they can enjoy our traditions. Inspired primarily by La Benéfica in Piloña, Asturias, this project draws from various artistic branches and presents an innovative and distinct design compared to the current aesthetic. It is not just a space for creating an active circuit of folk music, but also a place for learning through workshops and talks, as well as a site for reconnecting with our neighbors in a physical way. Muklórica is a space where we can once again enjoy, regain awareness of our roots, and discover the beauty of our heritage amidst the cultural consumption impositions that prevail today.
