Este proyecto tiene como idea principal hacer llegar la tipografía a tanta gente como sea posible, incluso si no están familiarizados con el término o no es su pasión. La tipografía habla por sí sola, hace tiempo que dejó de ser el canal para pasar a ser el mensaje en sí. La fuerza que transmite es uno de sus principales alicientes para atraer la atención del espectador. Este proyecto plasma esta idea, la de una fuente visualmente poderosa, y la hace posible gracias a este nuevo rediseño tipográfico, una nueva visión de una fuente icónica, la Century Gothic, una nueva dimensión en la tipografía. Pensada para acentuar la corporeidad de sus caracteres, ayudándose del contraste en los mismos y la iluminación, nace Dimension Neue, una reflexión sobre la tipografía y 3D, gratuita y al alcance de todos. Todo esto recopilado en un libro-arte que mostrará letra a letra todas las particularidades de esta nueva fuente tipográfica. Podrá ser utilizada en todo tipo de publicaciones, aunque también cabe la posibilidad de reproducir sus caracteres mediante la impresión 3D.

This Project aims at making typography reach as many people as possible, even if they are not familiar with the term or it is not their passion. Typography speaks for itself, it has been a long time since it stops being the channel to become the message itself. The force that transmit is one of the main attractions to catch the attention of the viewer. This project embodies the idea of a visually powerful font. It is possible due to this typographic redesign, a new vision of an iconic typeface, Century Gothic, which can be considered a new dimension in typography. Dimension Neue was designed to accentuate the corporeity of its characters, using the contrast and the lighting. It is a reflection about typography and 3D, free and available for everyone. All this is compiled in a book-art that will show letter by letter all the peculiarities of this new typographic vision. It can be used in all types of publications, although it is possible to reproduce its characters trough 3D printing.
